The next round of video documentaries created by the fine folks at Ensemble Studios details their feelings on Halo Wars. The third in the series of video documentaries covering the upcoming Xbox 360 game Halo Wars features members of the development team explaining how they made a console real-time strategy game that works.

For those who didn’t pay attention during the early days of Halo 3 development, one might be surprised to learn that Ensemble Studios actually went to Microsoft with the idea for a console strategy game before the Halo license even came into the picture.

Halo Wars Action Figures Series II

Confirming that the pre-release marketing team for Halo Wars is in top gear, a second series of the Halo Wars action figures has been announced by McFarlane and Microsoft.

Unlike the first series, these figures look a little more relevant to the units and events of the game, with one series featuring the UNSC FLame-Thrower Marine and another the game’s “star”, Captain James Cutter.
